As our Implementation & Consulting Lead you will be driving the adoption of our software around the globe at our customers sites. You are owning the interface between us and our clients. Internally you are working with your team and the developers, to enable a swift implementation of our software. Externally you make sure, that we deliver the right value in all projects.
We expect this role to grow our implementation team and work with the founders/ C-Level on a strategic level as well.
Activities
- Implementing our planning AI at customer sites worldwide
- Leading the implementation team and further develop our implementation processes and practice
- Advising customers on modeling factories and supply chains
- Guiding clients from onboarding to successful go-live in collaboration with our Data Engineers and other team members
- Supporting end users during testing and hypercare phases
- Training users on our solution
- Conveying the customer perspective when brainstorming and developing new features with our internal development team
- Defining, validating, and documenting requirements for changes and new functionality
- Managing projects related to software customization and integration
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of Production Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning/Scheduling
- Experience in leading projects in the area of Supply Chain Management and/or Production Planning
- Experience with software rollouts or implementation projects in large organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1/C2 level, both written and spoken)
- Ability to analyze and solve complex challenges and business processes in a structured manner
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) while communicating clearly
- Quick comprehension and solution-orientation when faced with new customer requirements
- Professional demeanor in international client interactions
- High degree of initiative, structured work style, and goal orientation
Desired Additional Qualifications
- Experience with established ERP or MES solutions (e.g., SAP PP/DS, APO, Infor, Aspentech, OSIsoft, Kinaxis, E2Open or comparable tools)
- Professional background in production planning/control within industrial enterprises, ideally in the process industry
- Familiarity with process-industry sectors (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, metals, etc.)
- Academic credentials in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related fields
