You optimize industrial structures and assembly processes within aircraft production. The role focuses on defining efficient build concepts and aligning design and manufacturing.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse und Optimierung von Industrie- und Montageprozessen

• Definition robuster Build Concepts für Produktionsbereiche

• Bewertung von RC/NRC-Auswirkungen bei Prozessänderungen

• Anwendung von System-Engineering-Prinzipien zur Schnittstellensteuerung

• Abstimmung zwischen Konstruktion und Produktion

• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung industrieller Setups

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrung im Industrial oder Manufacturing Engineering

• Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse im Luftfahrtumfeld

• Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

You define and optimize industrial setups within aircraft production, focusing on assembly processes and cost efficiency. The role includes interface management between design and manufacturing.

Your tasks

• Analyze and optimize industrial and assembly processes

• Define robust build concepts for production areas

• Assess recurring and non-recurring costs for industrial changes

• Apply system engineering principles to manage interfaces

• Liaise between design and production teams

• Support continuous improvement of industrial architecture

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, aerospace or similar

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering

• Understanding of aerospace production processes

• Basic project management knowledge

• Fluent German and English skills

• Structured and proactive working style
