Join our Corporate Development Team and gain a rare behind-the-scenes view of top management decision-making. As an intern, you’ll contribute to shaping strategic initiatives and play a key role in supporting the development of Beiersdorf’s strategic agenda. From day one, you’ll contribute to projects that matter – especially in preparing and coordinating our global executive conference and high-impact workshops.

What you’ll do:

• You support the planning and coordination of our annual global leadership conference and top management workshops – and gradually take ownership of your own workstreams,
• You contribute to cross-functional strategic projects – from brainstorming and framing to supporting implementation.
• You conduct market and competitor analysis that help inform key discussions,
• You help craft impactful presentations that support strategic decision-making,
• You assist in documenting meetings, summarizing decisions and keeping stakeholders aligned.

• You’re currently pursuing your master’s degree in economics, business, or engineering – and eager to apply theory to real-world challenges.
• You work independently with precision and a sense of ownership.
• You break down complex problems with a sharp analytical mindset and a bias for action.
• You bring structure to chaos and enjoy juggling multiple priorities.
• You communicate clearly and confidently – both in writing and in person.
• You’re discreet, reliable, and a trusted partner to those around you.
• You know your way around PowerPoint and Excel – and maybe even GenAI tools.
• You’re fluent in English and enrolled in university for the full duration of the internship.
• You have previous experience – or a strong interest – in strategic topics or decision-making within the consumer goods (CPG) industry.
