• Research, data analysis, concept development and support the implementation in the area of global talent management, e.g. on the topics of succession planning and talent assessment
• Design, development and support the implementation of training, guidelines and supporting materials for employees, the HR community and managers
• Management of internal digital platforms, including Sharepoint
• Be part of the team and have fun

• Advanced studies in the fields of economics, psychology, communication sciences or similar
• Properly enrolled during the entire internship or gap year
• Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
• Analytical strength, high level of motivation, high learning ability and positive attitude to make the internship engaging & enjoyable
• Accuracy and precision
• Good communication and ability to interact with stakeholders at high hierarchical levels and to work collaboratively within the Talent Management & Learning Team
• Very good command of English (written & verbal)
