Your Tasks
- Research, data analysis, concept development and support the implementation in the area of global talent management, e.g. on the topics of succession planning and talent assessment
- Design, development and support the implementation of training, guidelines and supporting materials for employees, the HR community and managers
- Management of internal digital platforms, including Sharepoint
- Be part of the team and have fun
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in the fields of economics, psychology, communication sciences or similar
- Properly enrolled during the entire internship or gap year
- Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
- Analytical strength, high level of motivation, high learning ability and positive attitude to make the internship engaging & enjoyable
- Accuracy and precision
- Good communication and ability to interact with stakeholders at high hierarchical levels and to work collaboratively within the Talent Management & Learning Team
- Very good command of English (written & verbal)

YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
