As we expand into new countries, you will support multicountry payroll and people administration—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great employee experience.
YOUR TASK
-
Execute monthly multicountry payroll endtoend; ensure accuracy, compliance & data security.
Maintain payroll & employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors; enforce data quality controls.
Prepare payroll reports and calculations (PEx, bonuses, restructuring); support audits.
Act as primary contact for employees on payroll, deductions & tax queries; resolve tickets timely.
Collaborate with P&C and Finance on cutoffs, payments, reconciliations and yearend tasks.
Update BI dashboards; manage SharePoint workflows and document templates.
Draft employment documents (contracts, certificates, letters) using standards.
Support recruiting administration (adverts, agency coordination, CV screening) when needed.
YOUR PROFILE
Commercial/business qualification; proven payroll & HR administration experience (ideally multicountry).
Working knowledge of labor & tax rules; high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots) and BI familiarity; comfortable with SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong communication and service orientation; collaborative in international teams.
Structured, reliable, deadlinedriven; able to manage multiple countries/processes.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
