You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

  • On-site-facilities: Kindergarten close to the site, medical officer for check-ups and other health-related services, canteen and cafeteria

  • Compatibility of family & work (job sharing, part-time models, flexible working hours, individual timeout)

  • Working in a diverse environment, with more than 140 nationalities, where every voice is heard

Would you like to actively participate in designing the cabin experience in aircraft while learning to implement customer-specific requirements?

Your main tasks:

  • Assisting in project management for customer versions in the cabin to ensure the on-time delivery of seat modules (BFE & SFE).

  • Supporting the preparation and execution of Design Reviews (PDR, DDR, CDR, FPDR)

  • Assisting in the creation of relevant aircraft documentation for qualification and certification

  • Supporting the technical interface coordination for the smooth integration of selected seat modules.

  • Assisting in solving technical problems during the production and delivery phase

  • Supporting supplier management to ensure compliance with specifications and product quality

  • Actively participating in the digitalization of processes and product innovation

Your profile:

  • A completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering) or a comparable technical education.

  • Initial knowledge of or interest in project management.

  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a distinct willingness to learn

  • An independent and diligent way of working.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Flexibility and the willingness to travel worldwide in the interest of Airbus

  • Basic knowledge of 3D applications and an interest in the digitalization of work processes are an advantage

If you would like to gain professional experience in a highly motivated team and work on unique products, we look forward to receiving your application.
