As a Motion Designer at justDice, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design and implement dynamic creative advertising (Video, Static, Interactive) content that drive engagement, retention, and growth for our expanding app inventory. You will work closely alongside a team of talented motion designers, Playable Devs, and User Acquisition managers. We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our growing Design team. You’ll help us create engaging creative content for our mobile apps, from concept to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in both motion and static design, who’s eager to learn, experiment and grow within the Design team.This position reports to the Design Team Lead.

What you will do:

• As part of the Design Team, develop and realize visual concepts and video ads for versatile marketing campaigns.
• Actively contribute to team goals; through deliverables, new marketing ideas, and shared learnings.
• Find new ways to market our brands together with the team.
• Contribute to the workflow structure optimization with experience and new ideas.
• Collaborate closely with other designers, developers, and UA managers.
• Learn and adapt to our internal automation tools and workflows.
• Explore new AI-driven creative workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of our internal process.

Who you are:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a motion design role, ideally in an app marketing space.
• Skilled with Adobe creative suite specifically Adobe after effects and Photoshop.
• A keen eye for Composition, layout and typography.
• Attention to details, timing and visual rhythm.
• A team player who puts the success of the team in the forefront.
• Think and execute creatively and independently.
• Curiosity about the technical side of design – automation, templates, creative tech, and AI.
• Solid experience in 3D is a big plus.
• A work portfolio that underlines the above.
