The Hybrid: You have a background in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing but think like a Product Manager. You care as much about the UI/UX of a landing page as you do about the subject line of an emailThe Scientist: You live for A/B testing. You don’t guess; you hypothesize, test, and iterateThe Technologist: You are comfortable working with complex data stacks. You understand how to map user search terms (SEO) to database structures (taxonomy) to trigger personalized campaignsExperience: 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth Product Management.
