Indulge your passion …
- by owning the digital distribution strategy for global Multibrand (Mr Porter, YOOX, The Outnet, Net-a-Porter) ranging from defining targets, OTB & range plans by Category to weekly & monthly reporting with quarterly estimates.
- by managing the relationship with our partners to develop annual trade, planning and marketing plans to determine growth, increase market share and visibility.
- by preparing & conducting buying appointments with planning teams and ensuring that product selection respects the brand priorities defined each season and contribute to achieve targets.
- by developing strong product and trend knowledge and understanding of customer needs thanks to account meetings and analysis.
- by closely following the order management, shipments and returns, along with regional order management teams, to ensure targets are met.
- by collaborating with the Planning team, weekly and monthly analysis of partner performance to understand trend and proactively propose actions (reorders, product push, site merchandising, price corrections, EIP programs).
- by collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to build a strong Marketing Calendar by key launch, by account. Share partners’ buys and propose Hero pieces.
- by onboarding and steering operations of new marketplaces.
You’ll have …
- + 3 years sales experience within a wholesale ecommerce environment and/or at a retailer managing vendors/ brands with deep understanding of business cases, legal and commercial frameworks for 3rd party / wholesale e-commerce, especially key accounts with global distribution
- net-savvy-mindset, familiar with web & e-commerce technologies, content management systems, product databases, online marketing
- the ability to present to and negotiate with retailers and agencies on a senior management level
- a data-driven-mindset and a strong analytical mindset
- a self-motivated, proactive attitude, being able to work effectively in an autonomous environment
- excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage several initiatives in parallel
- strong communication, networking and team working skills
- an entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mentality & problem solver in a pro-active attitude
- a comfortable feeling working in global organization with a culturally diverse workforce
- high standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
- proficient skills in MS Office tools
- fluent Englisch skills, German or French is a plus
