As a Marketing Controller (m/f/d), you will take ownership of reporting, prepare independent analyses, and contribute to strategic marketing planning, ensuring cost transparency and supporting the company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and concise reports and dashboards, translating complex data into strategic narratives for key stakeholders

• Actively assist in conducting efficiency and cost analyses to drive cost transparency and highlight optimization opportunities in marketing spend
• Analyze and monitor performance holistically across all markets, deriving actionable insights and recommendations to guide investment decisions
• Support the entire marketing planning, forecasting, and financial closing processes
• Continuously develop, automate, and improve internal processes and reporting tools
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide foundational support for special projects
• Manage interfaces between Finance, Online Marketing & Marketing Intelligence

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Controlling, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Controlling, ideally in e-commerce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Data Studio is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
