Impossible Cloud High Potential (HiPo) Marketing Program

We created the High Potential Program to harness the capabilities of ambitious graduates and professionals ready to tackle tomorrow's challenges. This intensive six-month program is designed to unlock your full potential through real-world projects, supported by comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development.

What will you do:

  • Solve problems! Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company's growth.
  • Onboarding & Training (Months 1-2): Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned marketing leaders. Learn global sales strategies, key marketing processes, and build your essential business development toolkit.
  • Project Immersion (Months 3-4): Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you will dive into hands-on projects across three core areas:
  • Supporting the development and management of LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation
  • Contributing to the optimization of our website to improve SEO/AEO/GEO performance and measure success
  • Assisting with content adaptations across different channels and markets
  • You will also support broader marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects, giving you exposure to the full breadth of modern B2B marketing.
  • Leadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5-6): Lead impactful projects demonstrating your growth on your journey to become a global ambassador of the company.

What you bring to the table:

  • You are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver.
  • Excellent English communication style, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset - you want to understand why things work a certain way and are fearless in putting in the extra effort.
  • Strong desire to evolve your career in a tech environment at the center of cloud and deep tech.
  • Digital native - even without programming experience, you are a techie at heart and love to learn new technologies.
  • Prior relevant work experience, i.e., in consulting, tech startups, or other fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • At least finalizing your BSc degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related studies.
  • Fluent French language skills are a plus — we operate in international markets and language skills help us move faster. Alternatively, familiarity with or exposure to the US market is equally valued.

  3. As the next potential step, we will initiate further discussions via video and in person on-site with the founders.
  4. After a successful interview process, you can expect an offer and feedback conversation, followed by a written offer document.
