Together, we set the standards for the future – your responsibilities
- You are part of our Category Forecasting and Planning team, which is responsible for processes related to assortment optimization, demand planning, and statistical demand forecasting.
- You bring colleagues from areas such as purchasing, product development, production, sales, and marketing together – always with the goal of finding the best solution collectively and optimally structuring the assortment.
- You take responsibility for annual and rolling planning processes – from preparation to execution to follow-up on decisions made.
- With your analytical perspective, you identify factors influencing demand, provide ideas for optimization, and actively contribute your perspective to projects.
- In case of deviations between planning and reality, you coordinate appropriate measures in close collaboration with adjacent departments and ensure their implementation.
- You bridge the gap between operational experience and data-driven decisions – contributing to the sustainable improvement of our planning processes.
You impress us – your profile
- You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
- You enjoy questioning existing structures and finding ways to bring different perspectives together.
- You are interested in customer purchasing behavior – as well as internal logistics processes and business management contexts.
- You like to maintain an overview without losing sight of the details.
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics related to the product range processes.
- You enjoy working in a team, show initiative, and want to actively participate in decision-making.
- You have good communication skills and are fluent in German and English.
