Your area of responsibility
Close collaboration and communication with the company headquarters in the UK – exclusively in English – as well as processing and implementation of the company's internal English documents & policies.
Development, implementation and monitoring of HSS strategies, standards and programs to reduce risks, protect guests and employees, and continuously improve security standards.
Consulting and support for management teams in Germany and Austria in identifying and assessing HSS risks and in implementing effective policies and processes.
Establishment and maintenance of a robust security management system for existing and new sites, including the performance of regular audits and inspections.
Promoting a positive safety culture through training, awareness campaigns and innovative initiatives.
Cooperation with authorities and external organizations to ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards.
Conducting risk assessments, analyzing workplace accidents, and tracking preventive measures.
Leading and motivating a dedicated HSS team to achieve operational goals and ensure continuous improvement.
your qualification
Completed training as a specialist (m/f/d) for occupational safety in accordance with ASiG with corresponding certification.
A completed technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable training as well as relevant professional experience are advantageous.
Excellent English skills and fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
Several years of experience in occupational safety, ideally in a management position and in different industries.
Sound knowledge of modern security management systems and best practices in the field of HSS.
Strong ability to shape change processes and implement innovative security solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills as well as high intercultural sensitivity.
Willingness to undertake regular business trips to our attractions in Germany and Austria, as well as occasional international travel.
