Als Operator / Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) bist Du für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Produktion am unserem Standort Hamburg verantwortlich.

Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf und sorgst dafür, dass alles nach Plan läuft
• Du arbeitest Fertigungsaufträge effizient und termingerecht ab
• Du rüstest unsere Anlagen gemäß freigegebenen Arbeitsanweisungen – inklusive Programme und Adaptionen innerhalb vorgegebener Grenzen
• Du gibst Fertigungsaufträge zuverlässig im System zurück und hältst unsere Prozesse aktuell
• Du steuerst die Maschinen und stellst durch kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen sicher, dass unsere Produkte höchsten Standards entsprechen
• Du dokumentierst alle fertigungsrelevanten Informationen sorgfältig und transparent

Was du mitbringst

• Technische Ausbildung sowie Arbeitserfahrung in einem Industriebetrieb/ Produktionsumfeld wünschenswert
• Flexibilität und teamorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft und genauer Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse

About the role

As operator / machine operator (m/f/d) you are responsible for the smooth running of the production at our Hamburg site.

The position is initially temporary.

Your Responsibilities:

• You take ownership of ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
• You process manufacturing orders reliably and on schedule.
• You set up our equipment based on approved work instructions – including programs and adaptations within defined limits.
• You report completed manufacturing orders accurately in the system and keep our processes up to date.
• You operate machinery and ensure product quality through continuous monitoring and control.
• You document all production-relevant information thoroughly and transparently.

Your Profile

• A technical qualification and ideally experience working in an industrial or production environment
• Flexibility and a strong team-oriented mindset
• A committed personality with high motivation and a precise working style
• A strong sense of quality and attention to detail
• An independent and responsible approach to work
• Good German language skills
