You support the management of intellectual property matters and ensure smooth coordination of patent-related processes. The role combines legal administration, portfolio management and stakeholder communication in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Prepare and file online patent applications and official responses

• Maintain and update the IP patent portfolio database

• Process legal documents such as invention disclosures and agreements

• Monitor deadlines and support patent attorneys in due date tracking

• Coordinate with inventors, external attorneys and patent offices

• Manage annuity payments, inventor rewards and related reporting

Your profile

• Qualification as patent paralegal, legal assistant or similar background

• Experience in patent administration or legal services

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Confident handling of digital tools and databases

• Fluent English skills, German is an advantage

• Structured, reliable and communicative working style
