The Outlet team is made up of three core areas: 1) Tech & Product, 2) Marketing & CRM, and 3) Business Development & Supply Side. We are a young, international team working together in a modern office in the heart of downtown Hamburg.

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible and help take the outlet business to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (e.g. Paid Social, SEA, Display)

• Analyzing performance data to identify potential for improvement
• Budget control and allocation, as well as the development of new management concepts
• Creating reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as Tech, Content, and Business Intelligence
• Researching new trends, tools, and platforms in performance marketing

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business, marketing, media, or a comparable field

• Initial practical experience or several years of professional experience in online marketing or e-commerce, e.g. through internships, student jobs, or full-time roles
• Passion for digital advertising and data-driven work
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and KPIs
• Structured and independent working style
• Team spirit and hands-on mentality
• Very good English skills
