• Lead continuous improvement of AR and credit management processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements.
• Drive adoption of digital tools (e.g., SAP Fiori) and AI-based solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert for AR and credit management within the global SAP template.
• Collaborate with IT and data science teams to implement and scale AI models for credit decision-making.
• Participate in international, cross-functional projects to roll out new AR and credit management solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and guidelines.
• Support SAP key user community to ensure best practices and harmonization across regions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, providing expertise in process and risk analysis.
  
  

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent (e.g., BilanzbuchhalterIn).
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or related processes.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and experience in process analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Proven track record in digital transformation or automation projects - AI experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and inter-national projects.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and provide innovative recommendations.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
