What to expect:
- Season preparations in coordination with the Product Manager, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, and Sales
- Independent planning and execution (in coordination with the Sales Teams) of program quantities
- Inventory control and subsequent planning for various items
- Procurement of goods for resale to fully fulfill the programs
- Communication and handling of complaints
- Support for the Product Manager in planning the season as well as in post-season processing
- Development and implementation of market reports
- Coordination of shipping instructions, ETAs, and conflict checks
Required skills:
- Graduated apprenticeship, e.g., in wholesale or international trade
- Experience in the FMCG sector is required
- Enthusiasm for working in an international team
- Friendly and approachable demeanor over the phone
- Team-oriented and service-minded work ethic
- Hands-on mentality, proactive and independent working style, and strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; Spanish skills are a plus
