For our customer AIRBUS , we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will work as a Product/Portfolio Manager for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Tools within a maintenance environment. You will manage the portfolio end-to-end, drive availability and performance KPIs, and develop pricing and stocking strategies together with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the GSE & Tools portfolio and chair the weekly Tool Change Control Board

• Monitor price availability of the portfolio in close coordination with Pricing and Procurement

• Monitor portfolio availability together with the Planning department

• Co-lead cross-functional team meetings (xFT) with Planning, focusing on improving global off-the-shelf KPIs

• Drive strategic development of pricing and stocking policies

• Own inventory budget performance while ensuring strong customer satisfaction

• Report relevant KPIs and initiatives in the monthly GSE & Tools end-to-end performance review

• Initiate sprints and projects to improve internal processes and operational performance

Your profile

• Strong ability to quickly understand and analyze complex processes and interdependencies

• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style, with the ability to coordinate workflows efficiently

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across all organizational levels

• Several years of experience in product management / portfolio management / supply chain (ideally 4+ years)

• Background in business administration, technical studies or finance/accounting (e.g., technician/further education level or comparable)

• Experience with inventory performance, budgeting and KPI-based steering is an advantage

• Confident use of Google Workspace; SAP knowledge is a plus

• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage

• Global willingness to travel (approx. 15 days per year)
