Your mission: Lead the eos.ticketingsuite to market dominance and shape the future of mobility.
Your responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:- You develop and take full responsibility for the long-term product vision and strategy of the eos.ticketingsuite.
- This is based on rigorous market analyses, data-driven customer feedback, and your strategic perspective.
- You execute with full end-to-end ownership over features, roadmap, and results.
- You coordinate interdisciplinary teams (UX/UI, development, QA, sales, project management) and determine their priorities.
- Taking an active driving role means clearing obstacles, making tough decisions, and keeping the team focused.
- No meetings without results – no discussions without decisions.
- You define requirements with strategic acuity and prioritize backlogs based on true business value.
- You ensure the implementation is of high quality, on time, and aligned.
- You continuously monitor progress using stringent KPIs, data, and qualitative feedback.
- Monetization & Competitiveness – Success pays off:
- You develop and own the pricing strategy and monetization approach (product variants, licenses, licensing models).
- Your objective: The product is not only innovative but also profitable and competitive.
- You understand SaaS economics and can discuss business models with Sales and C-Level executives.
- You are the central contact person for all product-related matters – internal stakeholders and external markets trust you.
- You present convincingly, moderate workshops with expertise, and advise sales, project management, and customers.
- Your words matter – because they are grounded, clear, and outcome-oriented
Your qualifications:
- Several years of proven and successful professional experience in product management – preferably in the software, SaaS, ticketing, or mobility sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of success in:
- Coordinating execution and making decisions under pressure
- Prioritizing complex tasks with a business-driven focus
- (Indirectly) leading teams and product initiatives
- Executing complex software projects – from inception to market readiness
- Technical expertise in modern software stacks, API architectures, and eCommerce/ticketing systems.
- Strategic thinking in business models: SaaS pricing, monetization strategies, and competitive dynamics.
- Communication at eye level: Excellent English and German language skills to argue precisely and lead effectively.
- Bonus: UX/Human-Centered Design – not merely as a nice-to-have feature but as a strategic success factor.
