Your responsibilities

You will mentor and support the funded startups during and after the funding period.
You will represent our grant programs and our company to the outside world.
You will contribute to the strategic development of the grant programs department.
Furthermore, you will develop and maintain your network of multipliers in the startup and founder scene, contacts to former portfolio startups, as well as to Hamburg universities and research institutions.
Your profile
You are the best fit for us if you have a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or economics. Regardless of your technical training and professional experience, we would like you to have:
Keen interest in highly innovative technologies and business models, particularly in the field of deep tech
A good understanding of business management contexts
Enthusiasm for conducting research and observing trends in the startup environment
An analytical and critical mindset when assessing startups
Strong social skills, good communication skills in German and English, and a confident manner
Experience in the field of startup promotion/financing or founding experience is an advantage
We are looking for you, with personality and character. You should be motivated to work with us on great tasks and projects in a relaxed environment. Your opinion counts.
