Position Summary
We’re seeking a Structural Engineer (m/f/d) to support the planning and execution of rail infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for structural assessments, performing both static and dynamic calculations, and producing detailed quantity takeoffs. You’ll contribute to a specialized team focusing on bridges and civil structures, based in either Hamburg or Düsseldorf.
Team Environment
You'll be working in a dynamic, multi-city team with hubs in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Munich. The collaborative environment encourages interaction across disciplines such as geotechnics, environmental planning, site logistics, and landscape design. International knowledge-sharing is a key part of the workflow, with colleagues across Europe contributing insight and support. Who You Are
You hold a degree in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on structural design (M.Sc. preferred)
You bring substantial hands-on experience in engineering practice
You’re passionate about infrastructure and interested in digital design and modeling tools
You’re knowledgeable in steel, reinforced concrete, and composite construction
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset come naturally to you
You present yourself with confidence and professionalism
Proficiency in German is required
