Sie unterstützen Programme und Projekte in der integrierten Planung und Steuerung. Der Fokus liegt auf Performance-Transparenz, Risiko- und Änderungsmanagement sowie der Anwendung agiler Methoden im Projektumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben
– Integration und Analyse von Zeit-, Kosten-, Ressourcen- und Qualitätsdaten
– Erstellung und Pflege von Projektstruktur- und Terminplänen
– Steuerung von Risk & Opportunity Management sowie Meilenstein-Tracking
– Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement im Rahmen vertraglicher Anforderungen
– Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von PM-Prozessen und -Tools
– Berichterstattung, Phasenreviews und Unterstützung der Projektleitung

Ihr Profil
– Abgeschlossenes Studium z. B. im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in der Betriebswirtschaft
– Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in Produktions- oder Lieferantenumfeld
– Sehr gute Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie SCRUM oder SAFe, zwingend erforderlich
– Erfahrung mit SAP sowie gängigen PM-Tools
– Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
– Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, Reisebereitschaft nach Toulouse (ca. 1–2 Mal pro Quartal)

You will support programmes and projects in integrated planning and performance management. The role focuses on transparency, risk and change management as well as the strong application of agile methodologies.

Your tasks
– Integrating and analysing time, cost, resource and quality data
– Preparing and maintaining project structure and schedule plans
– Managing risk and opportunity processes and milestone tracking
– Handling configuration and change management related to contractual data
– Implementing and improving project management processes and tools
– Supporting reporting activities and phase reviews

Your profile
– Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable
– Experience in project management within production or supplier environments
– Strong expertise in agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe, mandatory
– Good knowledge of SAP and common PM tools
– Structured mindset, strong sense of responsibility and team orientation
– German and English business fluent, willingness to travel to Toulouse (approx. 1–2 times per quarter)
