Project and Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. YOUR TASKS

• You support our director in strategic matters and take ownership of operational implementation
• You coordinate collaboration between strategic and operational project teams
• You work closely with Area Managers to plan next steps and ensure smooth workflows
• You prepare reports and performance analyses, and develop decision-making documents for management
• You bring structure to meetings, presentations, and project communication

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree or vocational training in business, engineering, or project management
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a coordinating role, ideally in the renewable energy sector
• Experience in project management or cross-functional communication is a plus
• Excellent German skills (minimum C1 level)
• Good English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Confident use of MS Office, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• You work proactively, think in systems, and maintain oversight even in complex situations
• You communicate clearly, act independently, and contribute actively
