Evaluation of technical specifications, engineering services, and offers while ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and legal requirements

• Technical support and clarification for internal and external stakeholders throughout all project phases
• Coordination and management of external service providers as well as cross‑functional collaboration with other technical departments and stakeholders
• Review of layouts, drawings, reports, schedules, and cost estimates, including preparation of corresponding technical comments
• Regular supplier visits for status meetings, technical audits, site inspections, and ensuring proper interface coordination and overall compliance

Your qualifications

University degree in engineering, preferably shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Willingness to travel frequently
• Several years of experience in maritime technology
• Knowledge of common design and calculation methods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Strong social and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
