Responsibilities
• Ensuring smooth operations in the passenger and guest areas, including boarding and welcoming passengers
• Responsible for organizing and managing all onboard services
• Leading and scheduling service personnel (catering, onboard sales, guest relations)
• Proper implementation of applicable safety regulations on board
• Coordinating and handling the onboard cash register, daily accounts, and sales revenues
• Serving as a point of contact for passengers regarding questions, complaints, or special concerns
• Supporting the ship’s command with administrative tasks and safety announcements
• Responsible for organizing and managing all onboard services

Your Profile
• Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in a supervisory role in service or onboard operations
• Friendly and confident demeanor with strong service orientation
• Strong organizational skills, resilience, and ability to work in a team
• Good German and English language skills
• Enjoy working at sea
• Ideally, valid STCW certificates
