You will join the Procurement Cabin commodity and become part of the Procurement Cabin back‑office team for Technical Incoming Inspection. You will work in a motivated team that handles a wide variety of tasks in a highly dynamic environment. The activities cover around 80% of an aircraft.
Your tasks will be:

• Acting as the focal point for all interface teams (e.g., SCQM, Supply Officer, FAL, Logistics)
• Inspection planning, digitalization projects, KPIs, certifying staff activities and customer presentations
• Creation of KPI dashboards in Skywise together with software programmers
• Leading complex problem solving with respect to quality issues and continuous improvement by defining corrective and preventive actions, and by identifying and facilitating improvements to enhance process performance and product conformity
• Checking and validating manufacturing deviations in the Quality DQ2 step
• Leading control plan implementation, follow‑up and improvement of a quality control plan
• Generating and presenting a consolidated quality and conformance overview to the final assembly lines and procurement by monitoring the evolution and resolution of quality findings
• Ensuring planning and execution of operational surveillance
• Implementing and maintaining efficient communication with multidisciplinary and transnational stakeholders (suppliers, procurement, production, logistics)
• Ensuring cabin product conformity, including documentation confirming safe operation for all cabin parts and certain cargo work packages released to the FALs, plants, customers and integrators
• Achieving and improving customer satisfaction by securing conformity and airworthiness of delivered products while ensuring a systematic feedback loop with the A320 Single Aisle FAL Hamburg
• Leading data‑driven analysis of inspection findings and associated root causes, deriving improvements and providing product quality feedback to the supply chain community to ensure continuous updates of quality plans and an increase in right‑first‑time quality
• Carrying out the physical technical incoming inspection of cabin parts according to customer quality requirements, including recording, analyzing and characterizing deviations

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in Aircraft Manufacturing, IT / Information Systems, Project Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain and Sales
• Basic knowledge in process management
• Solid knowledge of Total Quality Management (including problem‑solving methodologies)
• Experience with data analysis and digitalisation tools
• Experience in artificial intelligence (AI) is highly desirable
• Familiar with Google Workspace applications (SAP would be a plus)
• Business-fluent English and German
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Assertive and quality‑oriented personality
• Ability to analyze complex problems and find suitable solutions
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with data
• Autonomous, proactive and well‑structured way of working
• Ability to react quickly to changes
• High level of stress resilience
