Your responsibilities
What if you could play a key role in shaping Sysmex’s future by bringing the right talent on board? As a Recruiting Business Partner (f/m/x), you drive the end-to-end recruiting process for international specialist and leadership roles and act as a true strategic sparring partner for our business leaders. You ensure an excellent candidate experience while shaping modern, future-ready recruiting capabilities for Sysmex. Your key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full end-to-end recruiting cycle from strategic job briefing and position alignment to targeted selection, in-depth assessments, and offer creation
- Building strong talent pipelines through smart channel selection and high-quality direct search / Active Sourcing
- Ensuring cultural fit by evaluating candidates for alignment with company values while focusing on hires that contribute positively to our cultural development
- Partnering closely with hiring managers, advising on recruiting strategy, market insights, and salary benchmarks to ensure informed, business-driven decisions
- Delivering an excellent Candidate Journey by creating authentic touchpoints, maintaining transparent communication, and fostering long-term talent relationships and pools
- Acting as a true Business Partner at the intersection of candidates, leadership, and functional teams ensuring smooth, professional collaboration throughout the process
- Contributing to strategic recruiting initiatives, including enhancing talent reporting, AI-supported methods, digital process improvements, and employer branding, always guided by our principle "Culture as a Compass”
- Driving innovation by bringing in new ideas, sharing best practices, and continuously improving our processes and ways of working
Your profile
You will thrive in this role if you bring a strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the motivation to further professionalize and elevate Recruiting at Sysmex. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in operational recruiting for international specialist roles, ideally within a dynamic, international environment
- Strong capabilities in Active Sourcing and a network-driven mindset; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
- Solid understanding of modern recruiting processes across the entire talent journey, from strategic briefings to targeted outreach, in-depth candidate assessment, and offer management
- A confident, empathetic presence with excellent communication and consulting skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both top candidates and internal stakeholders
- Highly motivated to build, enhance, and optimize processes, with a passion for data-driven, digital, and future-ready recruiting
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
