YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently identifying and evaluating new lending opportunities in the Energy Transition market in GER and AT
- Building new business relationships and long-term partnerships with project developers or other companies working on Energy Transition
- Structuring, negotiating, and managing credit transactions (project finance transactions)
- Analyzing and evaluating transaction/business structures that meet the needs of our clients
- Preparing internal and external decision-making documents, such as LOIs, term sheets, loan applications, etc., and providing comprehensive support throughout the approval and client onboarding process
YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years of experience in financing corporate lending or project finance
- Strong interest in Energy Transition topics, especially in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), hydrogene, PV (Photovoltaik)
- Analytical thinking and fundamental knowledge of credit products and project financing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ambitious dealmaker with an independent working style and a high degree of self-motivation
- Passionate networker and highly motivated to build long-term customer relationships
- Highly customer-oriented with a hands-on mentality – our solutions for customers are tailor-made
