Renewable energies and other infrastructure-related businesses for climate change and sustainable mobility, as well as social change, are increasingly becoming the focus of attention. To drive forward these essential activities of our customers, we provide project-related bridge loans. To drive forward these essential activities of our customers, we are looking for you as an experienced Relationship Manager Energy Transition .

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently identifying and evaluating new lending opportunities in the Energy Transition market in GER and AT
  • Building new business relationships and long-term partnerships with project developers or other companies working on Energy Transition
  • Structuring, negotiating, and managing credit transactions (project finance transactions)
  • Analyzing and evaluating transaction/business structures that meet the needs of our clients
  • Preparing internal and external decision-making documents, such as LOIs, term sheets, loan applications, etc., and providing comprehensive support throughout the approval and client onboarding process

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of experience in financing corporate lending or project finance
  • Strong interest in Energy Transition topics, especially in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), hydrogene, PV (Photovoltaik)
  • Analytical thinking and fundamental knowledge of credit products and project financing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Ambitious dealmaker with an independent working style and a high degree of self-motivation
  • Passionate networker and highly motivated to build long-term customer relationships
  • Highly customer-oriented with a hands-on mentality – our solutions for customers are tailor-made
