Bishop GmbH based in Hamburg, is a famous Brand and leading supplier for Engineering services to many European based OEMs, Airlines and EU Institutions for AÜG and workpackages; for aircraft development and manufacturing. We also have a offering for innovations, own engineering and research.

With little growth in Europe, the strategy is to "do what we can" in Europe, but the main thrust of expansion will be outside Europe, in South Asia, Americas, Brazil and other regions. To support this reset and expansion we are looking for a seasoned Sales Director / Salesman Aerospace Engineering Services. Therefore, we are looking for a seasoned professional with the following attributes:

• Intimate knowledge of the aviation / space industries - and of the projects requiring support
• A track record of sucess in sales ideally for the aviation and space industries
• Able to listen, and able to produce concise Commercial and Technical Offers in the English language
• Softskills, decorum and the ability to build up relationships with customers in any region
• Passionate and interest in aeronautics, engineering and innovation
• Non smoker, fit and able to work under pressure
• Ready and happy to undertake long haul travel, visit shows and expos - also at short notice
• Attributes of loyalty, reliability and calm determined nature
• Able to work on own intiative, with a degree of confidence
• Ambition and greedy for success
• Foreign languages will be a plus

Ideally you will have worked previously for one of our larger competitors, and we would be especially interest to see what new business you can bring ?

This position can start in January, and the pay will consist of basic pay, plus a bonus based on new business brought into Bishop GmbH, above a bar to be determined

High standards in business transactions will be required, with no "horse trading" regardless of the region. A drivers licence and clean criminal record is mandatory.
