Are you passionate about driving the energy transition? At suena, we develop AI-driven optimization and algorithmic trading software for battery storage and renewables. As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our business by acquiring and managing customers for our trading services.Your Role
You will own and execute sales strategies, leading customer engagement, acquisition, and contract negotiations. As the face of suena, you’ll ensure a structured, result-driven sales process.
Your Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets – drive the sales process while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Expand the customer base – manage leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from outreach to contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Build strong client relationships – understand needs, tailor solutions.
- Optimize CRM processes – improve efficiency in HubSpot.
- Increase visibility – represent suena at events and conferences.
- Stay informed – track market trends and identify opportunities.
- Strategic approach – develop long-term growth objectives.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales/business development (energy/renewables preferred).
- Strong negotiation & closing skills – ability to secure deals efficiently.
- CRM expertise – experience with HubSpot or similar tools.
- Fluent in German & proficient in English (written & spoken).
- Technical knowledge of battery storage & energy markets.
Bonus Skills:
- Financial acumen – ability to assess sales decisions from an investment perspective.
- Deep industry insights – strong understanding of battery storage and renewables.
- Scaling experience – growing a sales pipeline in a new market.
- Self-starter mindset – ability to work independently and drive change.
- Other European language skills are a plus.
