Aufgaben
As a Sales Manager, you are the central driver for new customer acquisition and
customer success. You are responsible for the entire sales and delivery journey –
from cold acquisition to negotiating deals and beyond.
Specifically, you will:

Drive proactive lead generation via LinkedIn, emails, cold outreach, phone and incoming inquiries (via Google, SEO/SEA, and word-of-mouth).

Identify customer needs to offer suitable solutions and guide conversations from inquiry to contract closure.

Cover the entire process E2E – from first contact through delivery (this includes a small portion of project management after the deal has been closed to assure quality and excellence).

Build your own sales network and use it for long-term (re-occurring) revenue generation.
Qualifikation
● 3+ years of experience in sales or consulting, ideally with experience
in handling software related services.
● Strong sales skills: You are convincing, enjoy sales, and are capable
of identifying and translating (sometimes complex) needs and you are
persistent and flexible simultanously.
● "Hungry like a Honey Badger": You are driven, without ego, and willing to
try newthings. No is not an answer for you.
● Experience in cold mailing and messaging as well as lead conversion
● Project management skills
● Language skills: English is mandatory, German is a plus.
