We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis Consultant or Architect to be part of a significant Greenfield S/4HANA transformation. This position provides comprehensive architectural oversight, long-term visibility, and the chance to advance into SAP BTP and CALM technologies. No external consultants — your choices will directly influence the future of our SAP landscape.

• Direct the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA (Private Cloud)

• Act as the SAP Basis point of contact for the business in system management and operations

• Supervise BTP & CALM operations (no previous BTP/CALM experience necessary – just enthusiasm)

• Act as the technical decision-maker for the evolution of the SAP landscape

• Collaborate with SAP and external service providers

• Oversee performance, monitoring, and upgrades

• SAP Basis Consultant/Architect with over 3 years of experience

• Proactive mindset, open to challenging legacy processes

• Confident in serving as the primary internal Basis expert (with external assistance)

• Fluent in German (C1 level or native proficiency)

• Hamburg-Altona – 60% Home office per week

• Compensation: €90k plus €10k bonus

• Start: ASAP (overlap feasible – current Basis expert departs at the end of June)

• Long-term vision: 4–5 years visibility for training and projects
