Join us as a Senior Communications Manager (m/f/d) in our Communications team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!

We are a small team that is responsible for PR, internal communications , social media, and public affairs .

We are currently looking for support in the area of Corporate PR . In the interdisciplinary Communications and Public Affairs department, everyone works together on the success of our autonomous mobility solution.

What you will do

  • Strengthening the communications team with a focus on corporate communications.
  • Supporting PR work within own area of responsibility.
  • Manage reactive communication and press inquiries with speed and quality.
  • Prepare executives for interviews, speeches, media briefings, and public appearances.
  • Develop and implement MOIA’s corporate communications strategy for autonomous mobility and B2B technology positioning.
  • Shape the overarching narrative for MOIA as a European, future-ready mobility technology provider.
  • Drive messaging around partnerships, product developments, and strategic milestones.
  • Translate complex technology topics - autonomous driving, fleet integration, MaaS platforms - into accessible and compelling stories.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • At least 5 years of experience, ideally with a PR agency.
  • Strong expertise in corporate communications and change communication.
  • Confident in all types of writing, including commenting on political developments.
  • Experience as a spokesperson, including on-camera.
  • Excellent writing skillsin German and Englishwith strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel, bothwithin Germanyandinternationally.
  • Your way of working is systematic, goal-oriented, and independent.
  • Hands-on mentality, joy of networking, andsocialmedia affinity.
