Your tasks
- You take responsibility for a team of up to 12 employees at your location and support them in their career planning.
- You will ensure that your team is always well utilised and coordinate its project deployment planning.
- You lead and manage technologically challenging and complex IT projects.
- You will be responsible for managing at least one customer account, building trusting business relationships and developing them strategically.
- You organise and coordinate the collaboration of interdisciplinary, distributed teams, e.g. in the areas of software engineering, quality management or design.
- You record and specify customer and system requirements and translate these into structured project and requirements documentation (e.g. backlogs, process models, etc.).
- You will be responsible for active expectation and risk management as well as scope, budget and resource planning.
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of practical experience in an IT environment, e.g. as a project manager, requirements engineer, business analyst or scrum master.
- You already have experience in team leadership and enjoy the individual development of your employees.
- You enjoy taking responsibility for customer accounts, building trusting relationships and understand how to strategically support customer needs, translate them into projects and inspire the right colleagues.
- You work proactively, take responsibility in various project roles and are motivated to drive the project from idea to finished product.
- You have sound and demonstrable knowledge of project management (e.g. PMI, Prince2), requirements management and agile approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- You communicate professionally and clearly in German and English with stakeholders as well as with project and development teams.
