What you’ll be working on
- You design, build, and optimize reliable data pipelines that are both scalable and easy to maintain
- You introduce and apply statistical testing methods to measure the effect of new features, working closely with cross-functional partners
- You set up automated checks and alerts that safeguard data quality and quickly surface irregularities
- You take ownership of migrating data infrastructure away from outdated systems, ensuring smooth transitions with strong performance outcomes
- You define engineering standards, actively share your expertise, and foster a culture of best practices across the team
What you bring to the table
- You bring at least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer and work confidently with SQL, Python, and modern BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, Dash)
- You are skilled in building scalable data pipelines, data visualization (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Bokeh), and statistical testing (SciPy, StatsModels, dplyr, tidyr)
- You have hands-on experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, Metaflow), version control (GitLab), and data warehouses (Google BigQuery)
- You know how to handle raw tracking data (GA4 a plus) and apply solid statistical testing methodologies in practice
- You are an independent, pragmatic problem solver with excellent English communication skills who collaborates effectively with stakeholders.
