Your Mission

Build intuitive and high-performance user interfaces that empower industrial customers to optimize their energy consumption and accelerate the decarbonization of industry.

In the future, it will not only be crucial to consume less energy, but also to consume it at the right time – only then can volatile renewable energies from wind and solar be optimally integrated into our electricity system.

With our AI-powered flexOn platform, we help industrial electricity consumers actively flexibilize their energy usage – in other words, to use electricity exactly when it is especially green and affordable. Our goal: to drive the decarbonization of the energy system while significantly reducing costs for our customers.

• Further development of our flexOn software solution
• Development of internal software tools
• Code reviews and optimization of existing front-end components
• Enhancement of the user experienceCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design (Figma/Sketch), backend (Go services) and DevOps teams to align on API contracts, CI/CD flows, staging/release processes, and ensure end-to-end product coherence.

• 5+ years of professional frontend development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
• Expert in TypeScript and deep experience with React (hooks, context, Suspense) or comparable frameworks (Vue, Angular)
• Solid grounding in web standards: semantic HTML, CSS3 (PostCSS/Sass/Tailwind), responsive layouts, and cross-browser/device compatibility
• Strong collaboration skills: experience working closely with designers (Figma/Sketch), backend and DevOps peers to ship cohesive products
