Your Tasks
- Lead the development and maintenance of robust, user-centric web interfaces using Remix, ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility, and performance in the "my account" area.

- Drive complex integrations between frontend applications and backend APIs, working closely with backend engineers to design efficient, scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement sophisticated design concepts and proactively contribute to enhancing the overall user experience.

- Set and uphold rigorous standards for code quality, automated testing, and documentation; lead by example in code reviews and technical mentoring.

- Continuously refine frontend architecture and development processes, championing best practices and introducing new tools or methodologies where beneficial.

- Foster knowledge sharing and coach junior team members to elevate overall team capability.

Your Profile

- Several years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React-based frameworks (ideally Remix)

- Strong portfolio of building, scaling, and optimizing complex frontend applications with a focus on user experience and accessibility

- In-depth understanding of integrating frontend with backend APIs/services and modern web architecture patterns

- Track record of shaping and maintaining engineering standards (code reviews, testing, documentation) in cross-functional teams

- Proactive, coaching-oriented mindset; ability to mentor colleagues and collaborate constructively across disciplines
