Due to recent project demand, they are searching for a new Senior SAP HCM Consultant.

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM solutions.

• Analyze client business processes and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and deliver tailored solution designs.

• Integrate SAP HCM solutions with S/4HANA and other SAP/third-party systems.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices for HR

• Lead data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP ERP, analytics, middleware).

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to long-term relationships and value delivery.

• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM (PY/PA/PT/POM)

• External Consultancy background is preferred.

• Languages - Fluent German.
