We’re looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant with 7+ years of experience to take full ownership of the Sales & Distribution domain within a newly implemented S/4HANA landscape.

As the lead internal hire for SD, you will shape the direction of the module, drive key design decisions, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and external SAP service providers. This is a highly visible, senior-level role in a small, agile IT team, offering real influence over the success of the transformation.

• Lead the customization and support of SAP SD in an S/4HANA environment

• Partner with stakeholders and challenge external providers when necessary

• Drive initiatives and contribute to building a strong, internal SAP capability

• 7+ years of SAP SD experience (customizing required)

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business users and external partners

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a strong plus

• Fluent English and German (C1–C2)

• Location: Hybrid – 2 week on-site in Schwarzenbek (Hamburg area)

• Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 (depending on profile)
