As a Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of complex projects such as merchant or PSP integrations. Acting as a crucial link between business, product and tech, you will coordinate efforts across teams and ensure smooth project execution. With your technical understanding and structured approach, you will play a key role in the continuous development of our payments landscape.
Responsibilities
Manage strategic and operational projects across multiple systems and teams in the payments area
- Evaluate and translate business requirements to ensure technically sound and efficient solutions
- Work closely with other teams to coordinate partner integrations and applications, ensuring the successful implementation of required adjustments and the creation of state-of-the-art solutions
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Support day-to-day operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams
- Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Completed degree in business informatics or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in (agile) IT project management and business analysis within a tech-driven environment
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels
- Strong analytical skills, fast comprehension, and an organized, hands-on approach
- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and excellent communication skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of JIRA and MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
- Experience in designing process flows is a plus
- Knowledge of the payments, fintech, or e-commerce sectors is beneficial
- Familiarity with change management, such as introducing new processes or supporting organizational change, is an advantage
