What you´ll do

• Develop strategies to premiumize trade marketing offers through new brand collaborations and innovative initiatives
• Create high-visibility sales assets with prioritized investments for each sales cycle to maximize impact at point of sale
• Collaborate with brand managers to design and implement in-salon execution toolboxes for key initiatives
• Lead multi-brand programs during key consumption periods (e.g., Christmas, summer campaigns), ensuring alignment across brands and channels
• Manage and optimize key sales materials for each sales cycle to support sales teams and drive results
• Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify new opportunities and optimize trade marketing strategies

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or marketing (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing/brand management/trade marketing, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
• Proven track record in collaborations, partnerships, and cross-brand activations
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for beauty trends and consumer preferences
• Excellent communication skills in English
