Service Engineer Ireland (m/f/d)

Location: work from home with travel to customer locations throughout Ireland

Job Outline:

The Irish team based across Ireland are seeking an enthusiastic Service Engineer with experience of the weighing and product inspection industry including checkweighers, metal detection and X-ray systems. The role is field based and will serve contracts across the island of Ireland and occasionally the UK. We operate primarily in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries however there are also clients from across a broad spectrum of industries.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Service Manager Ireland
• Ensuring that customers receive the level of service they have come to expect from a premium brand
• Capable of working alone or in a team commission
• Calibrate or repair the full range of equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience of inspection machinery such as checkweighers, x-ray and metal detection
• Knowledge of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries
• Distinct communication skills and analytical skills
• Must be willing to travel through the island of Ireland and UK, also possibly Germany or mainland Europe for training with overnight stays as and when required
• Software experience would be an advantage
