To support our "Digital Services" department in Hamburg, we are seeking a Specialist Cybersecurity & Data Privacy (m/f/d) Medical Technology
as soon as possible .

• Contact person for customers and authorities regarding cybersecurity and data privacy regarding Löwenstein Medical Technology's digital products
• Requirements management, definition of product requirements taking regulatory guidelines into account
• Consulting for specialist stakeholders of our clients, based in Germany and abroad
• Monitoring legal frameworks in the target markets, deriving security and data protection requirements for our internal processes
• Operational support of customer accounts, management of therapy devices and tariffs on behalf of customers, including review of user contracts
• Conducting training for users, supporting the setup of the various digital solutions
• Collaboration in 2nd and 3rd level support, preparation and evaluation of data protection impact assessments (DPIA)

• Completed qualified training and/or relevant professional experience in areas such as IT security, IT law, information security, data protection law or related technical fields
• Knowledge and/or certification in the area of ISO/IEC 27001, e.g. in connection with ISMS implementations, audits or relevant training providers such as TÜV or DEKRA
• Expertise in dealing with GDPR and HIPAA, familiarity with international data protection standards and cross-border data transfer (e.g. SCCs)
• Experience in the implementation of process lists, technical and organizational measures (TOMs) and contract processing (AVV)
• A good understanding of digital medical devices, ideally with experience in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
• Experience in B2B customer service, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sector
• Independent action, structured and detail-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English skills, other languages are an advantage (especially Spanish and/or French)
