University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 1–4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in e-commerce, digital platforms, SaaS, or marketplace businesses, or in strategy, management, or consulting Solid understanding of digital business models and platform economics; B2B marketplace experience is a strong plus Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems High proficiency in data analysis, KPIs, and financial modelling Experience preparing senior-level presentations and strategic decision documents High level of ownership, execution focus, and intellectual curiosity Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style Strong communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders Comfortable operating in an international, matrix-driven organization Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory Additional European languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a strong advantage
