ABOUT THE JOB

• You take responsibility for the purchase of indirect materials and services
• You advise our specialist departments and companies on all purchasing-related issues and processes and support them in the development of our suppliers
• After close coordination with the specialist departments and operations, you carry out tenders, obtain offers and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers
• You actively shape the strategic orientation of our supplier portfolio
• Consolidate purchasing data securely, derive strategic key figures and create well-founded evaluations and reports
• Together with our customers, you can achieve additional purchasing success by bundling requirements
• You supported the further development of Indirect Purchasing and the digitalization of our processes with your expertise and commitment
• You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing our contracts

• You have completed a business or technical degree or have a comparable qualification
• You have 3-5 years of experience in indirect purchasing and are ideally also familiar with IT services, hardware, software and/or fleet management
• You have experience in independently conducting negotiations with suppliers and service providers
• You are passionate about purchasing and digitalization
• You work in a self-organized, structured and reliable manner with a high degree of personal responsibility
• You have a confident manner and are a strong communicator with internal and external contacts
