Your main responsibilities:

• Development and introduction of new standards / processes to optimise the complaints process;
• Conception and realisation of short and medium-term supplier development and ensuring the production supply with OK goods;
• Independent coordination, communication and escalation of complaints;
• Technical support for field actions;
• Carrying out process audits at the supplier and deriving measures for performance developmentModeration of error analyses (8D);
• Management of cross-departmental supplier development project.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree;
• 5 years of relevant professional experience (ideally automotive);
• QM auditor expertise;
• Specialised / methodical knowledge: QM tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma, FMEA;
• Expertise in product group-specific manufacturing processes in the field of electrics/electronics and/or hydraulics and/or plastics;
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
