Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Supply Officer (d/f/m) for Standard Hardware to join our team "Supply Management Standard Parts” in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

We are a young, diverse and dynamic team. In this position you will actively manage the flow of materials to Airbus Spares and Airbus Kit factory and find solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard/hardware materials.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• You have knowledge in the supply chain and will be responsible for ensuring the correctness of the requirements communicated to suppliers and developing creative ideas to satisfy short term demand

• You will communicate demand to suppliers and take care of placing and following up orders, analyzing late deliveries and managing recovery plans

• You will play an active role in defining and negotiating logistics processes

• You will also monitor Supply Chain performance on a day-to-day basis and maintain regular contact with suppliers

• You will maintain regular communication with the internal customers about progress of the order

ABOUT YOU

Equipped with a D egree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or qualification as a Technician or a commercial background and you have initial professional experience in a comparable role , we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

• Ideally, you have experience in customer service and sales/purchasing, and also in project management

• You are proficient in SAP/R3 and Google Workspace

• You have digital experience in skywise, celonis and/or SAP analytics cloud

• You have a negotiation level of English, knowledge of another language would be a plus

• You have excellent communication skills, and you are perceptive and customer-oriented

• You like working on short term demand in a reactive and proactive approach and think out of the box to propose solutions
