What you will do:

• You will provide first and second-level support with computer hardware and software (macOS and Windows) as well as the set-up and removal of technical equipment.
• You will manage and support over 250 workstations in a fast-paced environment
• You will work with Google Workspace, Office 365, Jira, Unifi, and many more
• You will ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working— Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc.
• Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment

Who you are:

• You are currently studying in Hamburg and are looking to gain some hands-on experience in the field of IT
• You can showcase strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• You bring good knowledge of operating systems (Windows & MacOS) and popular client applications
• You are a team player and eager to improve yourself every day
• You are independent, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality
• You speak English fluently and communicate clearly in German.
