Systems Engineer Integration, Validation & Verification and Testing (IVVQ) (f/m/d)

Your Role

• Develop and integrate complex technical solutions for safety-relevant electronic systems in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Analyze and review technical documents and elaborate test documentation (specification and procedure), including review.
• Plan and perform integration and tests (functional and non-functional) for existing products and products in development.
• Report test results and analyze defects/issues of complex systems, including issue tracking using tools like JIRA and Polarion; including performance of acceptance tests with suppliers and end-customers of Capgemini’s direct clients.
• Support project and work package management in terms of integration and test activities.
• Perform the above activities on electronic and mechanical systems, such as sensors, radar, navigation, and communication systems, integrated in airborne, land-based, or naval vessels, partly within military or defense projects.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a comparable sector.
• Several years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, especially in Requirements Analysis, V&V-Methodology, System Integration and Testing.
• Knowledge of typical aerospace or defense-related norms (e.g., ARP 4754A, ARP 4761, DO-178C, DO160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-1310, BV0619) as well as methodologies such V-Model XT and ISTQB (certification desirable).
• Readiness and eligibility for "Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung” according to LuftSiG §7 and "Sicherheitsüberprüfung” up to Level Ü2 according to SÜG §9.
• Autonomous systems-thinking mindset and team-player with strong communication skills and result-driven working ethos.
• Fluent in English and German.
